Fruita Colorado. April 28th 2003
Day three was HOT. Coming from Vancouver it was pretty easy for it to be HOT! Leave it to Spring in the Desert. The one ride we were thinking of doing would have been even hotter ( 5 Miles of Hell )! The other ride I wanted to do ( Icarus ) was still covered in SNOW! Go figure. So Eagles Wing it was. Lee and I did this ride the last time we were here and it was well worth riding again. So much desolate beauty!
