Mallorca Part 2

Part 2 Mallorca Road Riding and Aikido

Overview || Part 1 || Part 2

In Alcudia, Alex and Liz, who are staying in Palma, came up for the day to check out Cap Formentor. We took the bus there and Lee went for a ride. First we walked around Alcudia to the Old Roman ruins and and check out the busy Market. Lee and then did a couple of rides in the area before heading to our hotel Son Moli near Palma. We met Alex and Liz to check out The Gothic Castillo de Bellver. Liz also scoped out some other sites in Palma Old town including La Casa Possible – a house restored to show different architecual times in each room. We did a ride around the beaches to see the drunken germans of S’Arenal. We did find a quite place to eat. Then I practiced Aikido and Lee went for some more road rides.

We would go back to Mallora again. Maybe in the fall when its cooler and we have our bike legs.

Cap Formentor Ride

Busses go two by two. sometimes they meet in tight places!

Cap Formentor

Last day in Alcudia we rode out to Cala Sant Vincenc. Peter likes this spot, you can swim off the rocks past the public beaches if you’re into that.

Dinner at Sa Taverna. I think I was protein deprived… really good steak!

Lots of shops selling stuff. I also bought some Salt which is popular here.
