Spain in Fall 2024
Six days of riding with BasqueMTB.
We last rode with Basque MTB in 2018. More details are here, this trip report will be briefer.
We met again at the Train Station in San Sebastian where we were picked up by Andoni who took us to Doug’s house to prep the bikes and head to Val D’aran.
Our guides were Doug, Inigo, Andoni, Antonio.
Our group consisted of Lee, Sharon, Jim Nield, Lance and Alaina, Charlie and Rena, Portland Ben and his two friends Noah and David.
Day 1 – We stayed at Hostal Seixes again. We shuttled Endruomies –Naut Aran – Eth Toro, Sanglier, Pruedo, Projekt upper and Safety.
Day 2 – We stayed in Benasque and Rode Cerler – Puro Pirineo – Tuasa Grist Magic Line, Eresu SOS, Nara, El Run, Endurera, All School.
Day 3-6. We drove to Bielsa where we stayed for three nights at Hotel Monte Perdido. Bielsa
Day 4 ride – Alcorce Comodoto, Las Costadieras, Subicierro inferior and superior. More Bielsa
Day 5 ride – Travelled to France – rode Goupil 23, Crete de grascoueou – SuperEnduDH, Guchen, Hourquette- Saamandre then Candy line in Loudenville. France
Day 6 ride – In the rain Goupil 23 and Classique d’Ens
