Hilda Hut Valkyr Range March 3-10th 2024

Day 3 was looking nice, warming up so we headed back to the Norns since it was so good the day before. Got one run in before it was too warm so we headed to the Ramparts area. Day 4 we skied Honey Stick, Lower Shield and Ramparts. Lee ventured a bit further up towards Hilda peak. Snow was wind hammered higher up. Best snow was still in the trees.
Day 3
950m Nasty Norn and Lower Ramparts West
– Headed to Norns again, got too warm for a second run so went over to Ramparts/Hilda bowl area.
Day 4
1100m Honey Stick, Lower Shield, Ramparts East
– Stuck to lower treed slopes
